§ 1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "xe777", "we", "us", "our" — refers to xe777, the operator of the platform accessible at https://xe777.vip and all associated subdomains.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the xe777 platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the xe777 website, all games, sportsbook markets, account management tools, and any mobile-optimised interface provided by xe777.
• "Account" — refers to the individual PKR-denominated account created by a Member upon successful registration.
• "Funds" — refers to the PKR balance held within a Member's xe777 Account, including any deposited amounts and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded by xe777 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age-verification process required by xe777 under its international gaming licence framework.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

§ 2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the xe777 registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the xe777 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and xe777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

§ 3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To open and maintain an xe777 Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;
• Not be subject to self-exclusion on the xe777 platform or any linked responsible-gaming programme;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and at any time xe777 requests updated information;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of xe777, or an immediate family member of any such person.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one xe777 Account only. Operating, attempting to open, or assisting another person to open a duplicate or secondary account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xe777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers, and withhold funds pending investigation.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

xe777 is required under its international gaming licence framework to verify the identity and age of all Members. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations are processed:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address issued within the past three months;
• Evidence of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement, or similar).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by xe777 may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is concluded satisfactorily.

§ 4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xe777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. xe777 will never ask you to share your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

You must notify xe777 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. xe777 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

§ 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xe777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees.

5.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your xe777 Account in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. xe777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to verified accounts. xe777 will only remit funds to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or to a verified bank account in the Member's name. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are ordinarily processed within the same business day, subject to security checks.

xe777 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal it deems to require further verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where xe777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An xe777 Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. xe777 will notify the Member at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Members may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

§ 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the xe777 sportsbook, including cricket, PSL markets, and other live in-play events, are subject to the xe777 Sports Betting Rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories under xe777's international gaming licence framework.

xe777 reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing anomaly has resulted in odds being displayed that materially deviate from the true market price. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's xe777 Account.

xe777's decisions on the settlement of bets are final. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with xe777 customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event result being published on the Platform.

§ 7 Bonuses & Promotions

xe777 offers various promotions to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season specials, and VIP cashback programmes. All bonuses are governed by the general bonus terms set out in this section and by any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering Requirements and eligible games are specified on each individual promotion page. Slots generally contribute 100% towards wagering; live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses have defined validity periods. Any unutilised Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be removed from your Account upon expiry without further notice.
• xe777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been credited, the existing bonus will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of credit.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to hedging, arbitrage, or using multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.

§ 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xe777 platform:

• Opening more than one xe777 Account (multi-accounting);
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage, including through the exploitation of mispriced odds;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an xe777 Account;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the xe777 platform;
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Allowing a third party to use, operate, or otherwise access your xe777 Account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the xe777 platform or the experience of other Members.

Any breach of this section entitles xe777 to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and withhold or recoup funds as permitted by applicable law. xe777 will report suspected criminal conduct, including fraud and money laundering, to the relevant authorities.

§ 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the xe777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audiovisual elements, and the xe777 brand name — is the property of xe777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xe777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of xe777.

§ 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xe777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party payment provider delays.

xe777's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xe777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows will be communicated to Members wherever reasonably practicable.

§ 11 Privacy & Data Protection

xe777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the xe777 Privacy Policy. You may review the full Privacy Policy at xe777.vip/privacy-policy.

xe777 uses your personal data for the following purposes: account management, identity and age verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, service improvement, and, with your consent, the delivery of promotional communications. xe777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.

§ 12 Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all xe777 Members:

• Session Time Reminders — configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration;

Your continued use of the xe777 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with Section 5.3.

§ 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under xe777's international gaming licence framework. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the xe777 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Members are required to contact xe777 customer support and allow a reasonable period of no less than fourteen (14) days for xe777 to investigate and respond to the complaint. xe777 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt of all relevant information.
